- facilitating - if you need this, our highly-professional facilitation and moderation tools and instruments can help you in achieving your meeting objectives.
- public relations, public information - we can help you in disseminating the outcomes of your work in timely fashion to broadcast and print media.
- communication services - we will make telephone calls, take messages for you and put documents in the post.
- internet access - you have access to the internet (WLAN) from all guest and meetings rooms.
- print press service - in the television lounge we provide a number of newspapers (dailies and weeklies- several in English).
- ticket ordering service - whether your interests lie in a football match at the famous Olympic Stadium, or you want to experience Berlin theatre or concert offerings - or maybe you fancy the experience of a midnight book presentation at the Zoo, we will book your tickets and if you wish collect them for you and bring them to you.
- additional arrangements to your meeting programme - whether this is a city sightseeing tour, a trip to Potsdam, Frankfurt on the Oder, Dresden or the neighbouring nature reserve in Spreewald - we can organise this on your behalf.
- We have city maps in several languages, local public transport tickets, postage stamps and picture postcards are all available at the reception desk.
